Eligibility
Items should be unused, in original condition and returned with their original packaging where practical. Some products may be excluded for hygiene or safety reasons.
How to request a return
- Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- Tell us the reason for the return.
- Wait for our instructions before posting the item back.
Damaged or incorrect items
If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, contact us promptly with photos so we can resolve it.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and reviewed, eligible refunds are processed back through the original payment method.
