Changed your mind?
For most online purchases delivered to Ireland or the EU, consumers can cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you notify us in time, you normally have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Some specific legal exceptions apply, including clearly personalised goods and certain unsealed hygiene-sealed products.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect, contact support@tailented.com with your order number. Your statutory rights still apply, including remedies for faulty goods. Where required by law, return costs for faulty or incorrect goods are covered by Tailented.
Please contact us for return instructions before posting anything back. This does not restrict your legal rights or require you to wait before notifying us of a cancellation or fault.
